In 2017, we travelled to Bali for the first time together as a new couple from London. Something about the island stayed with us – the warmth of the people, the richness of the culture, the beauty of the landscape, the slow, intentional way of living. It felt grounding and inspiring all at once. Years later, that feeling never left.

We were drawn to Uluwatu’s quiet charm, dramatic cliffs and sweeping ocean views, alongside its long-term potential, and felt it was the right place to build something special.

Winnie brings an instinct for interiors, architecture and the small details that make a space feel special, while Andrew brings the structure, logistics and financial clarity that turn ideas into reality.

Together, we designed Ulo Villas with a blend of Mediterranean influences and modern tropical style - a place where you can slow down, feel connected, and truly feel at home.
